Student Wellness Fitness Trainers

Due to the student gym equipment being updated over summer, there will be NO trainers during Spring/Summer 2019. Look for us again in Fall 2019.

Have you ever felt confused about how to exercise? Do you want to improve your fitness this semester?
As fitness trainers, we will meet with you 4 times during the semester to establish an exercise routine tailored to your fitness needs.
Any and all skill levels are welcome! Whether you haven’t exercised a day in your life or want to prepare for a big race, we are here to help you!
This is a free service from BYU students to BYU students.
